tracywearswool day 68 out of 100 — and again, we have torrential rain and howling wind.
But that is how it is on the Southern Washington Coast. Just yesterday, I was proclaiming the wonderful presence of the sun. here, the weather changes every hour, or so.
For those of you new to this blog …I am involved in a 100-Day Challenge, put on by Wool& — Same dress. 100 days. (And yes, you can wash it!) Part of my reasons for deciding to do this was to simplify my life, especially with my lifestyle.
What’s in store today:
Since I finished my sweater, I’ll be taking it to Portland for blocking and photos. I am hoping it’ll be the #ood for tomorrow.
And I started the long-overdue hat for a thankyou present. Have not come up with a name yet, but I will — I’ll get that pattern written up and put it on a page for you knitters out there. Sign up on my mailing list for GYPSYWAGONKNITS and I’ll notify you when it comes out.
But here is a sample:
Super soft cotton flannel shirt, an old standby, and I love the colors.
I love this sweater more every time I wear it.
I didn’t do the full-body pose — but this one shows pretty much everything. And… the dog is there. Such a camera hog.
And yet the Dude flattens his ears back and hides when he hears that camera come out. It’s my cell phone — but he knows… especially when I get the tripod!
Crocs and socks day. Perfect for the drive to portland.
And here is the ribbing portion of the hat done. Hope he likes it. 100% highland wool.
Thanks for joining me on day 68 of tracywearswool.
Stay tuned for the next 32 days!
.
Be well, and get out there and join the challenge!
