#tracywearswool day 61 out of 100 — and spring means it is time to get out in the garden! Yahoo!!
I love growing things. I don’t know how many different gardens I have had. Practically one at every house. Some flower gardens, some with vegetables… but the best were the ones with both. Sometimes, I only had container gardens, or hydroponic gardens, or cactus gardens. But I always had something growing. Even at the beach, I have a couple of flower beds, and an herb garden. And in Portland, we are undertaking a huge project. The front yard… all grass… is becoming a huge veggie, flower, and herb garden, complete with giant sunflowers, and lots of tomatoes. I can’t wait. Nice thing is, we are putting a drip watering system, so I won’t have to be there every day to water in the summer.
For those of you new to this blog …I am involved in a 100-Day Challenge, put on by Wool& — Same dress. 100 days. (And yes, you can wash it!) Part of my reasons for deciding to do this was to simplify my life, especially with my lifestyle.
What’s in store today:
Rain… so I’ll be inside most of it. But there is dance practice, and videos to make, and photos to take and some knitting. The usual stuff. Plus, practice for upcoming uke jam.

I love this lined hooded lightweight jacket. I got it from the TOM TOM outlet when it was in Berkeley — must have been 1998. Cute garden print. I’ve kept it all these years, and it goes great with the dress.
Not a ton to say about my outfit today…. great linen over classic wool, boots and socks. But I am comfortable.
And I am finally getting spoiled with the comfort of dresses… pulled on some jeans the other day…. what a difference
This is the clubhouse. It is where i video my dance sequences for my dance page. And sometimes, I do my photos in here, especially if it is rainy and windy outside.
LOVE my FRYE boots. Can’t believe how comfortable they are!
These are some of my very favorite earrings — I got them in Arizona, on the way from Flagstaff to Sedona… market set up at one of the pullouts on the switch back road.
Thanks for joining me on my “changes” post. Stay tuned for the next 40 days of #tracywearswool!
.
Be well, and learn something new!
